Description
A thread forming screw with a gimlet point, and coarse threads which produce a mating thread into wood. The countersunk head has a flat top, and a head angle of approximately 82 degrees. Phillips drive provides good control in driving. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc that resists rust in moderate atmospheric conditions. Not high in strength but durable. Often used for appearance.
